Mullen Automotive (MULN) has provided an update.
Mullen Automotive Inc. has struck a deal with Volt Mobility to supply commercial electric vehicles and chargers for the UAE market, with Volt Mobility becoming the exclusive representative in the region. The agreement includes an order commitment of 3,000 Class 3 EVs and provisions for setting up a dedicated service center in the UAE. If either party defaults and fails to cure within 30 days, the agreement, which initially spans 16 months with an option for a 12-month extension, can be terminated.
